Supply Chain Manager

Our client is a global leader that specializes in market expansion services for the pharmaceutical sector. It provides tailored solutions including regulatory support, logistics, and distribution to help pharmaceutical brands enter and grow in international markets. They are currently looking for an outstanding Supply Chain Manager to join the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full order processing cycle from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and promptly addressing any issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve efficiency and cycle times.
  • Collaborate with inventory management to align stock levels with demand, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply chain issues.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery, providing exceptional service and resolving complaints.
  • Analyze order processing data to identify trends, assess performance, and generate reports, using insights to drive improvements.
  • Supervise and mentor the order processing team, providing training, setting goals, and conducting performance reviews to ensure productivity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, implementing quality control measures to maintain high service standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, leading initiatives to enhance order processing procedures and technologies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management within pharmaceutical/FMCG industry.
  • Strong proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in SAP/ERP software and order management systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
