Sourcing Specialist (Hardgoods)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers; maintain a database of qualified vendors.
• Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts; ensure compliance with agreements.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies; manage procurement costs and budgets.
• Oversee new product development and address any issues to sustain strong supplier relationships, including conducting regular factory visits.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Min 2 years working experience in Merchandising with exposure to consume goods
• Strong proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
