Assistant Production Planning Manager
Our client is a prominent global apparel manufacturer specializing in producing wide range of garments. They are known for their ability to handle large-scale orders and having strong focus on quality control & innovation. They are currently looking for an outstanding Assistant Production Planning Manager to join the company.
Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate the key performance indicators (KPIs) for factories, including cost, efficiency, quality, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics.
- Oversee factory adherence to company standards through comprehensive scorecard assessments.
- Supervise factory capacity planning and scheduling processes.
- Support initiatives related to capacity expansion.
- Facilitate the management of factory capital expenditures (CapEx).
- Conduct regular operational reviews and collaborate with factories to identify and implement improvements.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of production planning working experience from manufacturing/factory background.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing industry practices and processes.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proven ability to multitask, demonstrate self-motivation, and exhibit strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning.
- Mature and approachable, with a high level of responsibility and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
