Garment Technician

Our client is a prominent global apparel manufacturer specializing in producing wide range of garments. They are known for their ability to handle large-scale orders and having strong focus on quality control & innovation. They are currently looking for an outstanding Garment Technician to join the company.

Job Description:

• Provide technical advice, support, and identify potential challenges during development and production stages.
• Maintain daily communication with internal teams in Hong Kong and China.
• Stay informed about current manufacturing practices, quality standards, and requirements.
• Prepare and provide fitting comments on garment fit and construction throughout sampling and production processes.
• Oversee workmanship, approve fittings, manage size sets, and resolve technical issues.
• Communicate fitting comments and offer technical advice to factories to ensure adherence to product and sample standards.
• Assist in driving improvements in fitting performance.

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or higher qualification in Intimate Apparel, Clothing, Textiles, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of technical experience within the garment/lingerie industry.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of paper pattern making and grading.
• Capable of independently interacting with foreign designers and fit technicians.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, a team player, and able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Strong proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel frequently to factories in China and other international locations to meet client.
