Assistant Demand Planning Manager

Our client is a distinguished worldwide luxury brand renowned for its distinctive designs that harmoniously blend innovation with timeless style They are currently looking for an Assistant Demand Planning Manager to join the company. 

Job Description:

• Utilize statistical forecasting methods and tools for accurate demand forecasts.
• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to anticipate future demand patterns.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather inputs for demand forecasting.
• Monitor and evaluate forecast accuracy and adjust when necessary.
• Develop and maintain inventory strategies to optimize levels while meeting customer service goals.
• Work closely with supply chain and procurement teams to align demand forecasts with supply plans.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance demand planning processes.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min of 5 years working experience in supply or/and demand planning function
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.

• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.
