Job Description
This leading manufacturer of Vehicle power solutions with strong business in US is looking for Ecommerce Manager to manage its marketplace operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize marketplace product listings, content, and marketing strategies to drive increased visibility, traffic, and sales.
- Analyse sales data, customer reviews, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and support issues to maintain high seller ratings.
- Develop and implement Amazon advertising campaigns to boost product discoverability and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to management on marketplace's performance and growth strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing and growing sales on the ecommerce marketplace, experience with Amazon would be essential
- Good understanding of Seller Central and Vendor Central operations
- A strong track record of generating revenue from marketplace
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, customer insights, and market intelligence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
