Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage all stages in project life cycle, from project initiation to project completion and evaluation
- Understand business needs and processes in planning the longevity of existing ERP through feasibility study
- Collaborate with internal users and external consultants to design, build and implement digital finance workflow and Robotic Process Automation projects
- Partner with team heads to evaluate existing business flow and operations, and identify areas for process improvement in order to streamline processes, and enhance controls and data securities
- Serve as Project Manager to develop project plans, monitor progress, follow up with stakeholders and external vendors for any issues arose, and ensure successful project delivery
- Establish policies and controls and act as system administrator for key finance systems
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in accounting, data analytics, computing or relevant subjects
- At least 5 years of finance transformation/ system implementation experience
- Student member of HKICPA or other relevant qualification
- Proficient in computerised accounting systems; experience in implementation and of consolidation system, data analytic
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing external vendors or consultants, as well as delivering multi-projects in parallel
- Eager to learn new things and new technologies and work in agile environment
- Able to work independently with strong influencing skills
