Job Title: Risk Controller Manager (Financing/Leasing), West Region SG.

Our client is a leading multinational company in the construction machinery industry, specializing in providing high-quality equipment and services to clients worldwide.
About the Role:
As the Risk Controller Manager (Financing), you will play a pivotal role in expanding and standardizing overseas financing channels while ensuring effective risk management within the financing domain (e.g. equipment leasing to developers & developers, etc). Also to assist the sales department in expanding product sales, and mitigate bad debt risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the subsidiary's financing credit system in alignment with the company's marketing strategy plan.
- Identify and develop financing channels, manage dealer and customer receivables, and oversee overdue management processes.
- Formulate annual credit policies for the subsidiary's marketing activities based on the company's overseas marketing requirements.
- Plan, allocate, and adjust subsidiary financing credit resources effectively.
- Conduct thorough analysis of accounts receivable and implement strategies for overdue arrears collection management.
- Build and manage financing channels to facilitate smooth transactions and minimize financial risks.
- Provide training and guidance to merchandisers, offices, and dealers on credit management and financing activities to enhance risk management capabilities.
- Enhance the international marketing credit protection system through mechanisms such as export credit insurance and guarantees.
- Implement and monitor daily credit policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks effectively.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to improve the subsidiary's operating conditions and internal control measures.
- Coordinate business activities between subsidiaries and the international business center to optimize credit resources utilization.
- Execute any additional tasks assigned by the leadership team as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in credit management and financial leasing within large enterprises.
- Bachelor's degree or above in fields such as credit, finance, law, economics, foreign trade, management, or administration.
- Proficiency in financial leasing, credit management, and legal knowledge related to contract law, company law, and guarantee law.
- Familiarity with marketing, international trade, finance, and financial management concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret statistical data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using financial software, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other office software.
- Knowledge of the construction machinery industry and understanding of the company's overseas sales business model and organizational structure.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently as required.
