Job Description

Responsibilities

• Advise on a full range of corporate, commercial, governance and regulatory matters
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements such as EPC, O&M contracts and service agreements 
• Provide legal support on procurement, tendering and corporate transactions
• Manage disputes, litigation and arbitration matters with external counsel
• Keep track of legal developments and advise internal stakeholders on regulatory changes
• Oversee external legal counsel 

Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer (Common Law qualified - UK, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia or Hong Kong preferred) with at least 5 years' experience working within energy, construction or real estate
• Able to work across multiple jurisdictions with regional teams 
• Excellent English (with Chinese an added bonus)
