We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support key Data Management and Finance System Migration initiatives. This role will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, finance users and technology teams to ensure data quality, issue resolution, successful system migration and effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of data management and system migration projects under the guidance of project leads.

Data Management

• Data issue tracking and resolution support:  Maintain the data issue log, follow up with technology teams on investigation progress, and track remediation actions and closure status.
• Root cause analysis support: Assist with analyzing data discrepancies and quality issues, gathering supporting information, and documenting root causes and agreed corrective actions.
• Management reporting support: Assist with preparing project status updates and management presentation materials, including summaries of data issues and remediation progress.

System Migration Project

• User requirements collation: Assist with collating and documenting business user requirements for a key Finance system migration, and follow up with relevant stakeholders on clarifications.

• Data validation and reconciliation: Perform data validation checks and source-to-target reconciliation using agreed rules and templates; document discrepancies and support follow-up investigations.
• User acceptance testing (UAT) support: Assist with preparing test scenarios and test cases, supporting test execution, logging defects, and tracking fixes and retesting.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, data management, system implementation, or finance transformation projects.

• Experience supporting data migration, system implementation, or change management projects within financial services is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and issue tracking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
