About the Job
This role will drive the adoption of AI and digital technologies across the design-to-manufacturing journey, enhancing efficiency, automation, and innovation within construction and prefabrication operations. The successful candidate will lead digital transformation initiatives, integrate BIM/CAD workflows with production processes, and explore emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, robotics, and digital twins.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Construction Technology.
- Proven experience in AI application, digital transformation, or construction technology.
- Strong knowledge of BIM, CAD, and manufacturing systems integration.
- Familiarity with modular construction and prefabrication workflows.
