Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development, client management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and post-placement follow-up.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your specialist market.
• Deliver consultative talent solutions tailored to clients' hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and candidates.
• Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Provide market intelligence and hiring insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of successful recruitment or executive search experience.
• Proven track record in billing and client acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with a commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong portfolio of client relationships and consistent billing performance.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business and win exclusive assignments.
• Established network within Singapore and/or regional markets.
