Project Manager - Market leading MiC & Modern Construction

Our client is a market-leading pioneer in Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) and advanced prefabricated structural systems, delivering high-profile residential, commercial, and public sector projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and factory visits as necessary to ensure that MiC and façade quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress and resource allocation to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building or a related field
• 6+ years in HK construction, with proven MiC, Precast, or Structural Steel experience
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
