HR Operations Specialist (12-Month Contract / Initial Contract Until Year-End)
Location: Hong Kong
Contract: Initial contract through December 2026, with strong potential for extension or renewal

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support employee lifecycle processes and HR administration activities across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role would suit a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working with HR systems, managing data integrity, and delivering a high-quality employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and offboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates within HR systems.
- Process HR requests while adhering to established service levels and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support payroll, benefits, HR technology, and related operational activities.
- Provide professional and responsive support to employees and managers on HR-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and data privacy standards.
- Support process documentation, operational reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to enhancing HR operational effectiveness through standardization and automation opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Employee Data Management, or similar areas.
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or equivalent platforms is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Additional Asian language capabilities would be beneficial.
