Our client is an established international organization with a growing sourcing operation in Hanoi. The company partners with manufacturers across Vietnam and Asia to deliver high-quality products for global markets.

About the Role

Based in Hanoi, this role will lead furniture sourcing and product development activities across Vietnam. You will work closely with suppliers and international teams to manage costing, quality, timelines, production readiness, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage furniture sourcing and product development projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with Vietnam-based suppliers.
• Review quotations, costs, materials, and product specifications.
• Conduct factory visits and assess supplier capabilities.
• Track project milestones and resolve quality, cost, and delivery issues.
• Identify and onboard new furniture suppliers.
• Monitor industry trends, supplier capacity, and material costs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing, supplier management, or product development experience.
• 2+ years of furniture industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of furniture materials and manufacturing processes.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience working with manufacturers in Vietnam.
• Fluent English, Vietnamese, and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Vietnam.
