Our client is a fast-growing consumer health company builder focused on launching and scaling high-potential direct-to-consumer brands. The company has already achieved significant traction through its flagship brands, reaching millions of customers and strong revenue growth in a short period of time.

The business is now entering its next stage of growth and is looking for entrepreneurial, commercially driven builders who have scaled revenue, solved complex growth challenges, and are ready to operate in a high-speed, high-ownership environment.

About the Role

The Head of Growth Marketing will own the growth engine end-to-end, leading paid acquisition, retention analysis, channel-level LTV modelling, and cross-sell strategy.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for a performance marketing leader who can combine data-driven decision-making with strong creative and commercial instincts. The successful candidate will work closely with the founders and leadership team to shape growth strategy, improve marketing efficiency, and build scalable performance playbooks across key acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition strategy, budget allocation, reporting, and growth targets across key channels including Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Lead performance marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, LTV improvement, funnel optimisation, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Build and refine retention models, cohort analysis, attribution reporting, and channel-level LTV analysis.
  • Drive creative testing strategies in partnership with creative strategists, editors, designers, and other growth stakeholders.
  • Analyse campaign and customer performance data to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop scalable playbooks for paid media channels and ensure best practices are embedded across the team.
  • Partner closely with founders and senior leadership on growth planning, budget decisions, forecasting, and performance targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a performance marketing team while remaining hands-on in solving high-impact growth challenges.
  • Continuously optimise funnels, landing pages, offers, and customer journeys to improve conversion and profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling DTC paid media spend profitably from 7 to 8 figures.
  • Deep hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok, and Google at scale.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution, cohort analysis, retention curves, LTV, CAC, ROAS, and payback periods.
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting systems, and analytical frameworks to support growth decisions.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to think beyond paid media into retention, funnels, customer monetisation, cross-sell, and upsell.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creative testing and understand how performance creative impacts acquisition efficiency.
  • Experience managing and developing performance marketing teams.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working closely with founders or senior leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to build, test, learn, and scale quickly.
