Assistant Key Account Manager – Imaging Devices

They are currently seeking an Assistant Key Account Manager to join their Imaging Devices team. This role is ideal for candidates with direct medical imaging sales experience and a solid understanding of hospital tender processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and business development for the company's imaging device portfolio
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts across public and private healthcare institutions
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong engagement with existing customers
- Participate in tender management activities, including tender preparation, submission, follow-up, and contract execution
- Work closely with radiologists, clinicians, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital management to support business objectives
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and account development plans
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, product launches, and educational events
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Radiography, Healthcare Management, Business, or a related discipline
- Direct experience in medical imaging equipment sales is required
- Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong healthcare market, including public and private hospital sectors
- Familiarity with hospital tender processes and procurement procedures
- Proven track record in account management, sales growth, or business development within the medical device industry
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Key Account Manager position
