Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• Define and drive the overall vision, strategy, and long-term growth of the organization
• Lead business scaling initiatives, revenue growth, and full P&L management in a high-growth environment
• Oversee operations across blockchain, Web3, DeFi, and digital asset initiatives, ensuring operational excellence
• Develop and manage token economics (tokenomics) and related digital asset strategies
• Represent the organization with regulators, government bodies, investors, and at major industry events
• Build, lead, and inspire high-performing, cross-functional and often remote teams
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders
• Lead fundraising efforts, including venture capital engagement and investor relations
• Ensure compliance with evolving global regulatory frameworks for digital assets and financial services
• Act as a key spokesperson, providing thought leadership and market insight across the region

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline
• Native in English a MUST; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage 
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience, including C-level or equivalent roles
• Proven background in blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, or traditional financial services
• Deep technical understanding of blockchain protocols, Web3 infrastructure, DeFi, NFTs, and digital assets
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory and compliance requirements related to digital assets
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategy, manage growth, and scale organizations in fast-paced environments
• Proven success in VC fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnership development
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and organizational operations
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and stakeholder management skills
• High autonomy, strong decision-making capability, and a collaborative leadership style
