Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop a robust financial plan that supports the global growth strategy and provides effective budget management.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports that accurately reflect the global financial performance of the company.
• Auditing: Collaborate with external auditors to ensure that the company's financial processes and records meet accounting standards and regulations, both locally and globally, through regular audits.
• Tax Reporting: Manage the tax compliance and reporting obligations of the company, ensuring efficient tax planning.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks that arise from the company's global operations, including currency and market risks, to ensure financial stability and growth.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. 
• Experience within startup is preferred. 
• Experience within the crypto and Web3 industry is a plus.
• A deep understanding of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and risk management is essential for this role.
• The candidate should possess a determined work ethic and the capacity to work independently with structure, showcasing a thirst for success and the initiative to assume full responsibility for their tasks.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs, stay ahead of trends, and continuously improve processes and procedures.
