Position Summary
The (Senior) Medical Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding market presence in Hong Kong. You will leverage strong product knowledge, align closely with marketing strategies, and execute effective sales plans to drive sustainable growth. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand market coverage
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dental professionals and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships to enhance customer loyalty
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring smooth order processing and timely issue resolution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategies
- Conduct regular sales analysis and implement action plans to drive performance
- Organise and participate in trade shows, seminars, and product training sessions
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen brand visibility and credibility
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 2+ years of healthcare sales experience will be considered for Senior level
- Proven track record of achievement, strong drive, and commitment to results
- High learning agility with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
