About the Company
Our client is a pioneering leader in stem cell banking for innovative stem cell preservation services. They are now seeking a passionate (Senior) Sales Consultant to join their growing, purpose-driven team. This is a new head count position.
Summary of Position
The (Senior) Sales Consultant will play a vital role in educating expectant parents on the benefits of stem cell banking while driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. This position requires exceptional relationship-building skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals to expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate expectant parents on the process and advantages of stem cell banking, guiding them through registration.
- Manage a designated sales territory to achieve targets and grow market share.
- Develop sales forecasts and territory account plans.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and private hospitals through regular engagement.
- Deliver outstanding after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to continuous growth.
- Provide market insights to support business and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or related disciplines.
- 2–5 years of sales experience preferred; experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to success.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills; a team player.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Skilled in MS Office applications.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Sales Executive.
