The role:

As an Operations Manager based in China, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our fulfillment operations at the Ningbo warehouse. Your Responsibilities:

• Champion all communications related to warehouse operations, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
• Tackle shipping escalations with a proactive approach, providing timely updates to clients and maintaining high service standards.
• Oversee inbound stock processes, accurately resolving discrepancies to ensure inventory integrity.
• Keep stakeholders informed about warehouse updates, including delays, process changes, and inventory status.
• Collaborate with account managers by delivering precise, real-time operational information.

 
Requirements:

• Located in China (candidates in Shanghai or Ningbo are highly preferred).
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to analyze data and drive decisions.
• An organized, reliable, and proactive mindset, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
• Experience in remote work, complemented by strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (experience with Mabang is a significant plus).
