Supervisor – Operations & Maintenance (Tai Po Industrial Park)

Our client is a HK Listed Technology and Engineering Corporation, we are actively seeking a Supervisor – Operation & Maintenance, to be based out of the Tai Po Industrial Park facility.
The Supervisor is responsible for leading a small team, managing maintenance and repair work, ensuring safety, and communicating effectively within the team and with management.|
Budget: HK$30,000 – HK$40,000 x 12 + DB
Working hours: 08:30 – 18:15 Mon – Fri
Annual Leave: 12 days
Job Duties:
- Lead Repairs and Maintenance: Guide the team in fixing equipment and doing regular maintenance.
- Ensure Smooth Operations: Make sure everything runs well at the plant and office by conducting repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Report Progress: Keep the manager updated on work progress, including any emergencies or inspection results.
- Emergency Support: Be available to help after hours if urgent issues arise.
- Other Tasks: Take on additional tasks as needed by the company.
Requirements:
- Electrical License: Must hold a Grade A Electrical Worker License. (必須 A牌 電工)
- Education: Higher Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or related fields. 電機／屋宇裝備相關學歷
- Experience: Hands-on knowledge of MVAC system maintenance ((A/C, ventilation, FCU, exhaust, basic chiller/pipework issues); Fire service equipment routine inspection & coordination (FS pump, hose reel, extinguishers, etc.) ; General renovation / repair works in buildings (small E&M works, minor fitting-out, reinstatement)
- Supervision Skills: Experience in managing technicians and contractors.
- Safety Knowledge: Familiar with EHS requirements and basics ESG standards with good safety awareness and (Green Card is a must).
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of email and Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Language Skills: Good at speaking Cantonese and able to read/write basic English.
