Job Description
We’re working with our client to look for a Sales Team Manager to drive performance in a fast‑paced, high‑urgency environment. You’ll oversee a small team of reps, ensuring every deal moves quickly through a strict 3‑day cycle. This role blends real‑time pipeline management, hands‑on coaching, and operational oversight to keep your pod consistently hitting targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all deals in the pod’s pipeline, intervening immediately when momentum slows.
- Provide live coaching and feedback during calls, and step in to support closing when needed.
- Train reps on qualification, pitching, objection handling, and urgency creation.
- Track daily performance metrics and lead short stand‑ups to align priorities.
- Handle escalations, commission calculations, and coordinate with sales support on logistics.
Requirements
- Higher diploma qualification or above
- At least 3 years of sales team leadership experience preferred B2C industry.
- Proven success as an inside sales closer in a fast‑moving environment.
- Ability to thrive under pressure with short sales cycles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues early.
- Direct communicator with clear, actionable feedback.
- High energy and motivational presence to keep morale strong.
- Proficiency with CRM systems to track deals and activities.
- Team‑oriented mindset—your success comes from your reps’ success.
