Our client is a next-generation platform that blends technology and web3 with lifestyle experiences. As they scale, they are seeking a visionary IT Director to lead technology infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with deep expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies-particularly AI and Web3/Crypto. You will drive innovation, ensure system reliability, and align tech initiatives with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technology Strategy & Leadership

    • Develop and execute a future-ready IT roadmap incorporating AI, blockchain, and decentralized technologies.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT initiatives with business objectives and digital transformation goals.

  • Infrastructure & Systems

    • Oversee cloud-based infrastructure, enterprise systems, and data architecture.
    • Ensure scalability, performance, and security across all platforms.

  • AI & Web3 Integration

    • Lead the adoption and integration of AI solutions for automation, personalization, and data analytics.
    • Explore and implement Web3 technologies including smart contracts, decentralized identity, and crypto payment systems.

  • Cybersecurity & Compliance

    • Establish robust cybersecurity protocols to protect digital assets and customer data.
    • Ensure compliance with global data protection regulations and crypto-related standards.

  • Team & Vendor Management

    • Build and manage a high-performing IT team across infrastructure, development, and support.
    • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging tech partnerships.

  • Innovation & R&D

    • Stay ahead of tech trends and evaluate new tools, platforms, and frameworks.
    • Pilot and scale innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

  • Budget & Resource Planning

    • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
    • Monitor ROI on technology investments and drive cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8 years of IT experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in AI technologies, Web3, blockchain architecture, and crypto ecosystems.
  • Experience in consumer tech, travel, or lifestyle platforms is a plus.
