Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with strategic clients, serving as their primary technical advisor.
  • Facilitate executive briefings, technical workshops, and on-site engagements to drive deeper platform adoption.
  • Lead architecture reviews and provide best practice recommendations to support deployment and scalability.
  • Align customer objectives with platform capabilities, focusing on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and cloud security strategy.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to craft and execute tailored success plans linked to business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, advocating for customer needs across internal teams such as Product, Engineering, and Support.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that highlight platform innovation and value to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales to support renewals, upsells, and long-term strategic growth initiatives.
  • Share customer insights and feedback to help shape product development and enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements  

  • A minimum of 5 years in technical roles interfacing directly with customers—such as Customer Success Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or DevOps/Security Engineer.
  • Solid experience working with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Strong grasp of cloud-native security architecture and familiarity with CNAPP (Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform) solutions.
  • Skilled in scripting, automation, and integrating APIs to streamline workflows.
  • Outstanding communication and consulting abilities, with confidence engaging both technical teams and executive leadership.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for helping organizations scale their security operations and achieve tangible results.
  • Bonus qualifications include experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or certifications in Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD, or CKS).
