About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and strategic sales leader to elevate the performance of an already successful team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on driving results, leading by example, and cultivating a high-achieving, motivated sales culture. You’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating growth and shaping the future of our sales organization.

 

Your goal: Rapidly scale customer acquisition by transforming a solid sales team into a top-tier, high-performing unit.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach daily, refine processes, and lead through influence and execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion daily sales execution—ensure consistent target achievement through active coaching and performance management
  • Inspire, guide, and develop the sales team to exceed goals and grow professionally
  • Track sales metrics and pipeline activity in real-time, resolving obstacles swiftly
  • Elevate the quality of customer interactions—review calls, refine messaging, and sharpen closing techniques
  • Leverage AI tools and call analytics to enhance team effectiveness and identify improvement areas
  • Design and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives and fuel growth
  • Explore and test new sales tactics, customer segments, and acquisition channels while maintaining performance consistency
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service to improve customer experience and retention
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement through ongoing coaching

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree holder of Marketing, Business Administrative or any related subjects
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership with a strong record of exceeding targets, proven experience of storage industry would be a strong advantage.
  • Strong sense of ownership—you take initiative and solve problems without excuses
  • Results-driven and action-oriented—you focus on execution and outcomes
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial instincts—you balance short-term wins with long-term growth
  • Energetic, resilient, and team-focused—you celebrate collective success

  • Skilled in CRM platforms, Excel, and Google/Microsoft productivity tools
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written); Mandarin proficiency is a plus
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume B2C sales environments is highly desirable
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Sales Manager role.
