About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager (Learning Excellence), the Multimedia Designer will be responsible for creating engaging multimedia content to support training materials, internal campaigns, and digital learning initiatives. This role plays a key part in enhancing training effectiveness and learner engagement through creative design, video production, and modern e-learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop multimedia content including graphic design, website visuals, video production, infographics, animation, and voice-over materials for training and internal campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, trainers, and stakeholders to conceptualize creative ideas, communication materials, and digital learning assets.
• Design visual content such as banners, animated graphics, and promotional materials to support learning initiatives.
• Review and improve existing training materials by adopting modern digital learning practices and standards.
• Support the end-to-end development of e-learning courseware, including building modules, integrating videos, interactions, and assessments.
• Explore and apply emerging technologies such as AI-powered production tools, AR/VR/MR, and other immersive technologies to enhance learner engagement.
• Maintain and publish digital learning resources, training courses, and internal promotional content.
• Provide creative support for corporate events or learning initiatives, which may occasionally require flexible working hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Web Design, Creative Multimedia, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, website design, or video production.
• Hands-on experience with UX methodologies including user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Experience in AI-powered video production, e-learning development (AICC, SCORM), and LMS integration is advantageous.
• Strong design capabilities in graphic design, animation, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), SharePoint, and HTML.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue growth by managing the APAC pipeline for Fraud and ID Solutions, collaborating closely with sales teams to increase win rates and overall profitability.
• Define pricing strategies, build revenue/cost models, ensure strong ROI, and maintain full compliance with financial policies.
• Develop sales enablement tools, training programs, and materials to boost team effectiveness and support strategic account planning.
• Shape the long-term product family roadmap in close partnership with Global Fraud Solutions leadership.
• Perform ongoing market analysis and competitive intelligence to uncover new opportunities and refine portfolio strategy.
• Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, and emerging trends to quickly spot product gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the go-to subject matter expert in fraud, risk, AML/KYC, digital onboarding, and decision-flow solutions; lead client conversations and support adoption success.
• Deliver client training sessions, webinars, and speak at industry events while nurturing strong partner relationships to capture valuable market insights.
• Evaluate potential acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and alliances, delivering clear recommendations to senior leadership.
• Prioritize the product pipeline by aligning initiatives with company strategy, incorporating Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights, and guiding go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Product Management or Business Analysis within banking or fintech, including at least 5 years in senior leadership positions.
• Proven track record of accelerating business growth through large-scale transformation programs.
• Highly client-oriented with strong presentation and communication skills; prior experience as a presales consultant or solution architect is a strong plus.
• Deep domain knowledge in Fraud & ID management, AML, KYC/KYB, Digital Onboarding, decision engines, eKYC, RPA, blockchain, and modern web/mobile technologies.
• Solid grasp of industry trends and operational workflows, with the ability to translate them into efficient designs, evaluate project viability from a business lens, and clearly articulate requirements to engineering teams.
• Experience with SME digital onboarding or SME lending solutions is a significant advantage.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with high ownership, comfort in ambiguous environments, and excellent multitasking capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel multiple times per year as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop training decks and learning materials that align with the institution’s brand guidelines and objectives.
• Assist in planning and executing internal communication and marketing strategies to promote learning solutions and services.
• Generate creative ideas and manage regular and ad hoc content updates across internal communication channels.
• Draft, edit, and proofread text-based content; collaborate with designers or independently produce graphics and digital assets.
• Support the Centre of Learning Excellence in delivering engagement activities, enhancing learning experiences, and contributing to research initiatives.
• Implement internal learning promotional campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Provide support in managing digital learning platforms and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain records and inventories of digital learning materials and perform routine clerical duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Training & Development, or related fields.
• At least 2 years’ experience in internal communications, learning, or marketing within large organizations.
• Strong track record in campaign management, learning material production, and event coordination.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and motivated with strong time management skills.
• A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships with colleagues and partners.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with digital learning tools and virtual training platforms.

Responsibilities

· Deliver essential enterprise-level infrastructure services (network, servers, backup systems, desktop) to Public Service agencies and non-Government entities.

· Handle and manage data centre and server room operations through effective management of network infrastructure and vital components to maintain service continuity.

· Execute new initiatives and enhancements that result in innovative use of network and server technologies.

· Collaborate with team leaders and outsourced service providers to plan, manage, and deliver infrastructure service projects that enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.

· Work with Central ICT Infra capability centres to design and best-fit infrastructure solutions considering existing and future needs.

· Oversee infrastructure service monitoring and maintenance, coordinating with service providers to resolve issues and implement changes.

· Manage full procurement cycle, from preparing budgets and specifications for the various procurement approaches to vendor selection and invoice verification.

· Develop budget forecast and track expenditure utilisation.

· Act as Point-of-Contact of Infrastructure team for new projects and initiatives.

· Manage infrastructure services for application systems through close collaboration with Applications Service Consultants, users and vendors.

· Support Architecture Review and Governance processes with understanding of systems operations environment to ensure sustainable operations and meet resiliency requirements.

· Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of IT or CIO.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent qualification.

· 3–5 years of relevant experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-level ICT infrastructure services.

· Good technical knowledge of network and server technologies, complemented by expertise in supporting areas such as infrastructure security.

· Proven experience in ICT Infrastructure management with proficiency in data centre operations, vendor management, networking, and infrastructure concepts.

· Prior experience or knowledge of Singapore government IT infrastructure and processes would be beneficial.

· Proactive and dedicated professional with a meticulous, organised, and resourceful approach to work.
