Job Description

• Respectively develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals for retail business in various regions.
• Efficiently plan organizational capabilities and team structure to achieve the set goals.
• Monitor market trends and carry out timely adjustments to channel layout and customer retention strategies.
• Deploy and promote retail operations-related systems, operation manuals, workflows, and employee training.
• Standardize and institutionalize operational management practices to ensure compliance within the retail team and manpower optimization.
• Strategic planning and execution in regional product procurement and operations to achieve channel profits maximization and product loss minimization.
• Ensure retail sales and profits meet targeted objectives.
• Manage operational and manpower indicators with efficiency to achieve annual KPI.
• Understand the needs of the target customer base and tailor-made appropriate service standards and CRM follow-up strategies.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree’s Holder or higher (consideration may be given to outstanding candidates with an associate degree).
• Strong knowledge in retail fashion industry with a comprehensive and precise understanding of mid to high-end customers’ needs.
• Solid foundation in retail management with at least 6 years of experience in management level, skilled at meticulous planning and operations.
• Experience working with high fashion, premium fashion brands or reputable streetwear is a MUST.
• Possess a fashionable and presentable personal image, along with high sensitivity in fashion and market trends aligned with the brand.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with detail-oriented and proactive mind.

• Responsible for coordinating the development of the business school’s work in Hong Kong, formulating annual work plan and promotion;
• Develop relationships with local universities, educational institutions, social groups and well-known overseas universities; integrate resources to formulate strategic partnership
• Responsible for the promotion and enrollment of executive education projects, courses and lectures in Hong Kong.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• More than 5 years of training/ learning & development experience in well-known local companies or business development experience in well-known business schools
• In-depth understanding of Hong Kong’s education and training industry with existing network
• Strong business development and communication skills
• Good command in English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
• Business trips may be required
