Summary
Responsibilities
- Create and execute trade marketing plans, including program initiation, budget allocation, and promotional evaluation for specific customers and channels.
- Plan and track trade marketing budgets and assess promotional effectiveness.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of standardized trade marketing processes, tools, and administrative tasks (including approvals) to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team on pricing strategies and the implementation of trade marketing plans to meet sales targets.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the business and industry, particularly in product categories and channels.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing planning, market research, and demand forecasting, with a solid understanding of customer and client marketing needs.
- Strong business acumen along with analytical and business analysis capabilities.
- Ambitious, assertive, self-driven, and results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
