Key Responsibilities

• Perform application systems support and maintenance, including routine job processes, ad-hoc requests, UAT testing, user training, system administrations and configurations.
• Support and troubleshoot the technical issues and incidents of application systems.
• Support integration development between systems to achieve process and system integration.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents and operation manuals for support service details and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal project team and external vendors to support project implementation.
• Follow up cybersecurity requirements and issues with infrastructure and security team
• Perform application systems upgrade and regular maintenance.

Knowledge and Skills

• Degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with system development and maintenance support, implementation of ERP and CRM systems
• Hands-on experience in cloud-based web/mobile application development and maintenance is an advantage.
• Good knowledge in SQL, ETL and Microsoft Power Platform will also be an advantage.
• Good communication skills: able to work closely with colleagues and vendors etc on a professional basis. (English & Cantonese)
• Great attention to detail and focus on quality.
