Position Overview:
The Product Manager will be responsible for achieving both quantitative and qualitative business objectives in Singapore, focusing on revenue growth and expense management. This role involves leading the launch and management of the company’s product line, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring market competitiveness. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales, maintain customer satisfaction, and optimize product performance in alignment with corporate goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product launch plan, including situation analysis, strategy, and tactical implementation.
- Gain deep understanding of product, disease landscape, and market needs to translate insights into revenue generation.
- Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management regularly.
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with commercial partners, vendors, distributors, and other key external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Independently lead projects related to product accountability and sales force effectiveness.
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust sales strategies in response to market changes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support product supply, including packaging updates, production, and distribution.
- Ensure market accessibility through formulary listing and pricing strategies.
- Take accountability for developing and retaining talent within the team.
- Adhere to integrity, compliance policies, and all company regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5- 7 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and launching successful products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and sales data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and market access strategies in Singapore.
