What You'll Do:
- Lead the sales team to achieve company goals while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with banks, merchants, and business partners to establish a robust market presence.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in eCommerce services and emerging product markets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Support new programs and management initiatives in collaboration with headquarters.
- Collaborate with management and international teams on new projects.
What You'll Need:
- 3-10 years of experience in sales/business development, with a preference for technical sales experience.
- Exceptional B2B consultative sales skills, with a track record of driving revenue and building lasting client relationships.
- Strong business acumen and a passion for innovation in the digital or fintech industry.
- Ability to understand client requirements and develop tailored service solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with a strong results orientation and the ability to work independently.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Manager role.
