What You'll Do:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve company goals while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with banks, merchants, and business partners to establish a robust market presence.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in eCommerce services and emerging product markets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Support new programs and management initiatives in collaboration with headquarters.
  • Collaborate with management and international teams on new projects.

What You'll Need:

  • 3-10 years of experience in sales/business development, with a preference for technical sales experience.
  • Exceptional B2B consultative sales skills, with a track record of driving revenue and building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and a passion for innovation in the digital or fintech industry.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and develop tailored service solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter with a strong results orientation and the ability to work independently.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Manager role.
