Job Description
This global B2B digital & loyalty solutions company is adding new headcount in the APAC team and looking for a Business Development manager who possess strong presentation & consultative sales skills and capability to foster relationship with senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a team to drive initiatives focusing on Enterprise clients; achieve the regional business objectives in terms of revenue, gross margin and growth
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers and influencers; build and nurture the commercial relationships through proactive conversation and networking
- Create and present business solutions that meet the needs of clients by thorough understanding of clients' needs and challenges
- Enhance and streamline strategic partnerships with the regional teams
- Maintain operational efficiency, including CRM system, Bid processes, legal approvals or any documentations
- Be the representative of the company at industry events
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 3 years B2B sales experience, experience in digital/ tech solutions would be an advantage
- Proven success in individual quota achievement
- Demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, sales acumen
- Experience in excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insights into their industry
- Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process
- Excellent written and oral/presentation skills in English and Chinese
