Leasing Manager - Leading developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations for new leases and renewals, managing lease expirations and tenancy contracts.
• Conduct thorough market research, site analyses, and financial assessments for new leases and renewals.
• Collaborate with agents, property developers, and landlords to secure new locations for store expansion.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, and key stakeholders.
• Lead a leasing team to oversee the retail and commercial portfolio effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 6 years of leasing experience, preferably in the retail/ commercial sector from developer side.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good command of English & Cantonese.
