Job Highlights:

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide our award winning service to clients to maintain client relationship on regular basis
- Responsible for client payroll calculation (eg, salaries, pension, leave, commission, and other compensation)
- Perform end to end payroll processing and related services
- Liaise with clients to resolving day-to-day payroll related matters
- Work closely with service providers in relation to pension, insurance and tax authority for Hong Kong / Macau
- Prepare HR reports such as movement, headcount, summary, cost centre allocation and payroll breakdown reports
- Maintain up-to-date payroll data and staff information in HRIS
- Responsible for implementing a new payroll setup (database, payroll & leave administration)
- Responsible for other administrative duties within the payroll team
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Accounting and/or end to end HR payroll processes
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll outsourcing or in-house HR function with sizable companies
- Ability to handle high volume payroll work & adapt to change
- Knowledge in processing Hong Kong / Macau work visa application
- Must be good in excel application and sensitive to numbers
- Action-orientated, detail minded and organized
- Solid in payroll procedures, payroll software exposure and Microsoft office
- Well-versed in Hong Kong / Macau Employment Law
- Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills
- Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese
