Sales Support – (Licensing Partnerships) – Sports Brand
Our client are an internationally known sports brand who are now actively seeking to further grow their business in Hong Kong. Actively they are looking for a dynamic individual to join their fast paced team to support the sales growth strategy through Account Management and Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Expand the existing licensing portfolio, source and negotiate new licensees, and negotiate with existing licensees to achieve sales related targets
- Support the identification of prospective new partnerships
- Oversee partner onboarding processes, leading day-to-day operational support for IP Licensing
- Effectively work with licensees to ensure their marketing strategies are aligned with brand and company objectives
- Track and manage key contractual obligations to ensure partnership compliance
- Gather market intelligence to enhance strategic planning, business development and account management
- Build pitch materials and support sales process from negotiation to deal closing
Requirements:
- Degree educated
- 1-5 years of working experience specifically in a sales support, account management, and business development support capacity.
- Experienced in licensing is a plus
- Highly analytical mindset
- Interest in the sports industry sector
- Excellent communications skills in English, any other Asian language would be a plus.
