Job Description
Our client is a government sub-vented body as market leader to promote Hong Kong tourism industry. Currently they are looking for a Senior Manager (content development) to lead their content team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee content strategies across company major social media channels (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and TikTok)
- Create digital content, including photography, video, art direction and copy across multiple forms and social channels
- Manage a content team including writers, designers and videographers across creative areas
- Plan social media postings and calendars across trends
- Supervise digital assets development and create brand assets for marketing events
- Monitor content production cycle for campaigns and events
- Provide recommendations on poor performing content and social channel engagement
- Work close with content partners, stakeholders, and vendor to produce high quality content
Requirements
- Degree holder in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related subjects
- At least 10 years’ experience in advertising, marketing agency, content creation, publishing, or related fields
- Hands-on experience in developing social content strategy
- Manage large scale, world-class, regional campaigns and multiple platforms experiences are preferred
- Able to provide complex ideas into understandable story angles
- Good team player with international mindset
- Excellent fluency in English and Chinese
