Job Description
Responsibilities :
• Provide full spectrum of HR administration support, including recruitment for both Hong Kong
and China
• Assist in preparing presentation materials
• Assist in translating HR documents into English or Chinese
• Maintain and update administrative filing documents
• Assist ad hoc assignments as assigned by Manager
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or Business Management
discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as HR Generalist in MNCs environment
• Experience in using HR system is preferrable
• Familiar with Hong Kong labour ordinance and knowledge of China labour law is an advantage
• Ability to thrive well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proactive, positive, organized, responsible, strong service mindset, detail-minded and able to
deliver timely and quality work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Payroll processing and HR/Payroll reporting experience and knowledge
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Good at Excel and MS Office
