Job Description

  • Lead the call center team, set objectives to the customer service and telemarketing staff, monitor their performance so as to improve the sales achievements
  • Give guidelines to customer service staffs for handling the standard and non-routine cases
  • Review on working procedures of the customer service and provide on-the-job training to the team to ensure KPI and sales achievement
  • Manage the development of e-commerce related program to enrich customer experience

 

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or above with 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated managerial experience in leading call center team 
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Good command of written spoken English & Chinese
