Our Client is a leading eCommerce company. They are now looking for Assistant CS Manager to join their team.
- Lead the call center team, set objectives to the customer service and telemarketing staff, monitor their performance so as to improve the sales achievements
- Give guidelines to customer service staffs for handling the standard and non-routine cases
- Review on working procedures of the customer service and provide on-the-job training to the team to ensure KPI and sales achievement
- Manage the development of e-commerce related program to enrich customer experience
- Diploma or above with 5+ years of customer service experience
- Demonstrated managerial experience in leading call center team
- Fluent in Mandarin, Good command of written spoken English & Chinese
