- Report to sales manager
- Lead a small team, responsible for P&L within assigned districts
- Identify potential business opportunities
- Pro-actively meeting clients to sell and promote company’s products
- Develop and maintain long-term relationship with clients
- Achieve assigned sales target
- 2+ years Channel / Field Sales experience
- Experience leading a small team is a plus
- Able to perform regular visits to assigned channels
- Ability to work and communicate well with all levels of staff
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Great planning and execution skills to deliver by set deadlines
- Team player with great interpersonal skills to interlock with various business units
