Our client is a highly reputable FMCG corporation with a global presence. They are actively searching for skilled individuals to join their team as a Brand Manager, tasked with driving brand growth through the implementation of diverse marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate brand performance - sales data analysis, market share analysis, and brand equity measurement
- Regularly review and refine the strategic plan based on market trends, consumer insights, and business performance
- Performing comprehensive market research, including customer insights, competitor analysis, and market segmentation, to uncover consumer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in the new product category.
- Planning and executing the new product launch, including marketing coordination, promotional material creation, and driving product adoption.
- Optimizing brand expenditures and maximizing budget efficiency through effective budgetary control.
To qualify
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years working experience in Beverage / FMCG industry experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Self-motivation with passion to take initiative in exceeding business, team and individual.
- Professional command in both English and Chinese
