Our client is a Asia's premier commercial satellite operator with excellent market access, technologies and commitment to customer service. Currently they are looking for an IT Engineer to join, and report to network manager directly.
Responsibilities
Support and maintain enterprise networks to ensure meet the corporate level's security standards
Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve network issues with troubleshooting skills and knowledge
Provide day-to-day administration on Network appliance, e.g. Firewall, Router, Switch, Access Point and IPSEC
Conduct network changes and assist in network and security project implementation
Manage and maintain good relationship with external vendor
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Networking or related disciplines
Minimum of 2 years hands on experience in enterprise level network
Experience in implement and maintain network ACL, network segmentation
Hands-on experience of configuring switch, routing, firewall or related network devices
Professional certification would be an advantage (eg, CCNA)
Security knowledge including Email Gateway, DNS, proxy, VPN client, NGFW, Anti-Virus will be an advantage

Responsibilities
Supports assigned Accounts (mix of local and global accounts) on daily operation and respond to customers' questions and enquiries
Resolves customers' issues which require analysis, negotiation, escalation etc
Work independently on non-standard customer requirements
Identify trends with Customer in globally and methods to improve customer experience
Partner with sales team for onboarding new clients and service review
Provide customer feedback to management to deliver services improvement plan
Collaborate with global team for customer projects
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in a client facing/ service delivery role
Strategic B2B accounts management experiences in MNC environment, tech industry will be an advantage but not a must
Telecommunication or Data Center experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese & Madarian
Good Team player and problem solving
Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior level
