Job Description

• Respectively develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals for retail business in various regions.
• Efficiently plan organizational capabilities and team structure to achieve the set goals.
• Monitor market trends and carry out timely adjustments to channel layout and customer retention strategies.
• Deploy and promote retail operations-related systems, operation manuals, workflows, and employee training.
• Standardize and institutionalize operational management practices to ensure compliance within the retail team and manpower optimization.
• Strategic planning and execution in regional product procurement and operations to achieve channel profits maximization and product loss minimization.
• Ensure retail sales and profits meet targeted objectives.
• Manage operational and manpower indicators with efficiency to achieve annual KPI.
• Understand the needs of the target customer base and tailor-made appropriate service standards and CRM follow-up strategies.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree’s Holder or higher (consideration may be given to outstanding candidates with an associate degree).
• Strong knowledge in retail fashion industry with a comprehensive and precise understanding of mid to high-end customers’ needs.
• Solid foundation in retail management with at least 6 years of experience in management level, skilled at meticulous planning and operations.
• Experience working with high fashion, premium fashion brands or reputable streetwear is a MUST.
• Possess a fashionable and presentable personal image, along with high sensitivity in fashion and market trends aligned with the brand.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with detail-oriented and proactive mind.

Responsibilities: 

• Handle monthly closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and management report
• Maintain correct controlling master data and ensure P&L data accuracy
• Perform analysis of variances budget vs actual and implement corrective actions
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification of ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent is an advanatge 
• Minimum 5 years of management accounting experience from MNC 
• Experience in SAP and proficient in Excel is a MUST 
• Able to multitask, work independently, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.

Currently they are looking for a regional sales manager to join the team and report to the APAC head.

Job Responsibilities

• Anticipate market trends such as regulatory changes, market opening, applications changes and more aspects
• Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationship with customers and various stakeholders at all levels
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to expand and grow the business in a sustainable way
• Identify new opportunities and apply the ESS Process
• Lead the successful negotiation with the customer and liaise with the legal team
• Develop winning strategy inputs for the Bid & Application Engineer such as identifying the customer needs, competition, financing, target price, differentiation factors, Project risks and support in the preparation of the offer
• Calculate order/margin budget and provide concrete and actional plan to meet or exceed the targets.
• Introduce and communicate new solutions to the targeted market through seminars and exhibition

Requirements

• Bachelors’ or Masters in Engineering or in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a sales of technical products and solutions with utilities, IPPs, Developers, Financials or industrial.
• Knowledgeable on Renewable Energy (Markets, Challenged, Constraints, Regulation)
• Proven ability to drive sales processes from plan to close
• 30% travel in the region
