Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and execute various communication plans and schedules for the APAC region and our Global Supply Chain (GSC), covering initiatives like business updates, employee engagement, brand and product campaigns, and organizational efforts such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, Employee Value Proposition, Total Rewards, Organization Development, and Culture.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop engaging internal communications that effectively convey our business strategy in a relatable and genuine manner.

• Oversee a range of internal communication channels, including Town Halls, newsletters, email campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Work closely with the Vice President of HR to manage communications within the HR team (APAC and GSC), ensuring strategic alignment and engagement.

• Lead and advise on annual engagement and inclusion communications, including surveys and action planning, to foster a joyful workplace for all employees.

• Partner with Global Internal Communications to ensure that updates from our CEO resonate with teams in APAC and GSC, and that projects and launches are effectively communicated to a global audience.

• Be adaptable and ready to tackle ad-hoc tasks based on organizational needs.

Requirement 

• At least 5 years of experience in a multi-channel organization, flourishing in fast-paced settings.
  
  
• You are an effective communicator who adapts your style to suit different audiences, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
  
  
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required; knowledge of Japanese, Korean, Thai, or Vietnamese is a plus.
  
  
• You are organized and adept at creating communication strategies for various stakeholders.
  
  
• You demonstrate business savvy and leadership capabilities to envision, engage, enable, energize, and execute initiatives. You invest in your own growth and that of others.
